Never had a question about David's service. Great communication, easy to work with, polite, and cleaned up after himself.
I run a small business and as such my customers really like to talk to me about my products. I was very impressed with Davids patience when he had questions for me but I was jabbing away with a customer. He didn't interrupt but just waited. He was very thorough and all of my locks work great, the new door closer is great and matches the rest of the doors.
