We have 30-years experience in RV manufacturing, RV service and parts. Started in 1988 manufacturing at Beaver Coaches after 12-plus years moved into the RV parts, service and warranty with several major dealerships. Finally in 2012 established Accurate RV in Bend, Oregon and Yuma, Arizona. Now here today 2017 expanded to RV & Marine parts in Parker, Arizona along with RV mobile appliance repair in the Parker & Lake Havasu area.

THIEVES or INCOMPETENT you decide.
Jan 4 talked to Vicky (owner's wife) and ordered a $238 part that was " in stock" and would ship immediately.
Jan 11 called to get status of part. Vicky said it would ship that day and she would email me tracking number.
Jan 18 after multiple call with no call back I finally talked to Vicky again. She admitted they did not have the part and would refund my money. Said it would take 5-7 days.
Jan 31 talked to Vicky again and she said she couldn't understand why the refund had not been processed. I told her I was 30 miles away from the Parker, AZ store so I

We had some problems with our electric in our rv on a friday afternoon. My wife called the office on a friday afternoon and reached Vicky, she was extremely helpful with her and rushed to get Jason to come by within a half an hour. Jason came right out and was extremely helpful and calm. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely fashion with a fantastic attitude. Vicky and Jason make a good team in a world that has limited service these two were fantastic, thanks guys! Plus their bill was extremely reasonable and fair!!! Great company I totally would recommend these guys.

Please go in-store for any service inquiries or questions regarding your work orders. The gentleman working the register was very friendly and acknowledging of my questions and concerns. The lady that answers their business number has consistently failed to follow-up or clarify mine and my family’s requests for over two months. I cancelled any further work orders with them as we were seemingly ghosted after our initial inspection back in May. We were supposed to have follow-up and parts ordered, but nothing. The techs seemed like they would do great work too, but it was definitely not worth dealing

This company is great GREAT. My air conditioner stopped working on Thursday night called several mobile rv repair services but they said it would be at least 3 days before they could work us into their schedule. I then called Accurate told them my problem and they said that with the heat they would try to work us in that day. Called and said someone would be there at 11 am. Tec showed up at 10 45 and started looking for the problem. The unit was bad and said he would be back tomorrow . he arrived the next morning and put in the new unit. Great price super great service

This is one of the best coach repair shops I have ever worked with. Jason and Billy are both exceptionally skilled. In this day and age the concept of customer service, much like chivalry, is dead but its thriving and well at Accurate RV & Marine Supply in Parker Arizona.
I had AC and leveling system issues. Both team members were well versed in the issues, got service contract approval, ordered and received the necessary parts and executed the repairs. The ACs were done a few days from showing up. The leveling took a little over a week due to parts being ordered from Canada.
I can highly recommend
