We have a policy from Tommy through State Farm and have been very pleased. Recently we had to pay for a tow out of pocket, and he was very quick and responsive. We had a check the next day.
We can rest easy knowing we have a friendly local agent who can help us navigate through any issues we may have, instead of having to phone a call center.

I was looking to lower my insurance for my car online and Matt from the office reached out to me. It was a nice phone call very professional but very social as well to get to know more about me. I have been with another company for over four years and have yet to meet them and was very impressed that they set up a meeting ASAP to get to know me and for me to get to know them. I was looking for renter's insurance online and I was told that this office would call me soon on a quote. Loretta called me the same day, got me a quote and did everything with such ease that made the process easy for me. She was compassionate and was able to form such a great bond with me that I actually enjoyed obtaining insurance (how ironic right). I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for insurance. Absolutely great if you're looking for people who will actually care about you.

I have been looking for new car insurance lately and came across Loretta from State Farm. I’ll say this, she is so welcoming; conversational yet professional. Honestly it makes me feel as if I’m talking to my own mother because she makes you feel like you’re one of her own! She gives you all her opinions, makes sure you are educated on what is incorporated in each insurance coverage. She states “we don’t want to be yet another 1-800 number for people to call”. Truly you can tell she puts effort into making sure you don’t feel that way! I would recommend Loretta to anyone and everyone
