They were clear from the start, that they were a busy and backed up with work. However because they're prices were reasonable we decided to wait. Let me tell you, the wait was well worth it. Armstrong Tree Service was professional, quick and thorough. I am very pleased with the company and plan to have them come back in the near future for more work. I will definitely recommend them! Good Job Armstrong Tree Service!!!!

We received a very reasonable estimate from Armstrong in June of 2020. I agreed to the estimate and was told the work would get scheduled. After multiple calls over approximately 4 months and no ETA on when the work would get scheduled, I eventually used another tree service. 13 Months after the estimate, they call and say they can get to the work the next day. Did they really think I was going to wait for over year?

I have used Armstrong Tree Service 4 or 5 times and I highly recommend them. Gene the owner is knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He uses a large crew that is respectful to your property. I have found their pricing to be very reasonable. Qualified , prompt, professional and reasonable sums up Armstrong Tree!

I called to get estimate to prune trees at my home. They came on November 17th and gave me estimate. Said it could be 2-3 weeks. Next day I called to accept estimate in the morning. Woman said ok about 3 weeks and would absolutely not commit to a time or day but said in the time frame of 3 weeks. I still agreed. I waited a little over 3 weeks and heard nothing. I called 5 or 6 times and left messages over a series of a week and a half asking to please just return my call and let me know anything. Not a single call back. Here we are 5 weeks later and still nothing. I called Accurate Tree Service
