Nakilia is wonderful! Before my first wax, I had been wanting to get a Brazilian for a while but I was super nervous just because of the nature of the service. When I found her reviews on Facebook I decided to trust them and give it a go, and I'm so glad I did!

Absolutely beautiful location. The staff and owner are extremely professional and polite. I got beautiful box braids by owner Tiffany King of Epiphany Hair and Beauty, located in the spa. I traveled all the way to Warren OH from Pittsburgh and had a wonderful experience. I already book my next session for October. I can't wait to try their waxing services!!

I could not have asked for a better experience, especially since it was my first time and I was petrified. Nakilia was AMAZING. She made you feel comfortable, she made you feel worthy, she made you feel welcomed. That is not an easy task being that you are exposing some part of your body, some more private than others to someone new lol. I am so thankful I took the time to do this for myself as I will never shave again, and to have the opportunity to meet such an amazing human being and fellow small business owner. My first-time getting a Brazilian was an experience to say the least! (I acted a plum fool!) The owner, Nakilia, was very professional, comforting, friendly, and understanding. I've since discovered numbing sprays and creams that work exceptionally well at reducing the amount of discomfort you feel. I now go faithfully every 4 weeks. I never want to shave or use hair removal creams/gels again! After waxing your skin will feel as smooth as a baby's bottom! This place is amazing! Nakilia is so amazing at what she does and makes sure you are happy with your results and comfortable. So nice and professional. I just got my second wax from her and I will never go anywhere else. My first wax I was so nervous but she took away all my worries just by being her. The staff is also always very nice, welcoming and professional. Some places like this you can feel people judging you but not here!! This was my first time ever getting a Brazilian waxed! I was nervous because of course this is an intimate service. But Nakilia made it very comfortable! she talked to me the whole time!! it felt like I was going to her for years. She is absolutely wonderful and is great at what she does.
