I brought a pair of drapes to be hemmed, a simple straight hem, they couldn't tell me in advance what the cost would be. When I picked them up it was $37.50!!! Outrageous, that should have a maximum charge of 18.00.
I have used them for dry cleaning before and each time they say they don’t know the price of cleaning an item until after its done. Ridiculous, most businesses tell you the cost of service BEFORE you buy. I'm reaching out to the BBB on this business.

BEWARE THEY STEAL CLOTHES. Do not take your best clothes here. They will steal it and you will never ever get it back. I had lost two items, I even took a picture before putting my clothes here to make sure it won't get lost, but I still couldn't get my shirt back. I even had the receipt of how many clothes was counted, I count twice. I still can't get any response from them. Won't let me see the security camera, they are thieves. Lady up front says she doesn't know anything when she is also responsible for the clothes.

I am reviewing because they lost my clothes for the second time. I count the clothes at my house and at the store every time before dropping it off. For some reason, just missing one. Owner won't show me camera video of the day I was counting at the store, tells me to come back Friday. I bet they are going to try to alter the videos which I'm pretty sure is against the law. Unprofessional how this is handled with lose items. I see some reviews that mention lost items also... Most likely not a lie as I experienced this.
