Blue Water Pool & Spa

Came here and had a first good experience. Then we decided to purchase a hot tub from them. Complete runaround every time we called and left messages . We were told by the employee that they had a job for a very important customer ( so we couldn’t pick up our hot tub) . Aren’t all customers important? When I talked to the owner on this he took the side of the employee and never offered any understanding in this matter. This company takes on too many customers and apparently categorizes customers.

Tim, Ben, and the team are amazing. Always helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They also work fast without skimping on quality or professionalism. Their attention to detail is impeccable. Their prices are much better than what other companies charge for comparable products and services. Tim has been in the business for decades and is 100% trustworthy. Highly recommend.

Very helpful, and most definitely have the knowledge of pools. Decently priced as well!

Rated them ok only for the fact that I don't like the rudeness greeting I received on the phone by the woman who answered, wasn't good for your business

Tim is one of the good guys , does not take advantage of people , excellent service even if you had your pool or spa a long time and not purchased from him . Very pleased to be his customer .....
