Brio Financial Planning
When you know your investments, taxes, insurance, estate plan, retirement plan and all areas of your financial life are being monitored and adjusted as needed, you can relax and spend your time pursuing your goals. Keeping up with the complexities of the investment world takes time. Ensuring that each investment fulfills its correct function and is appropriate for your unique situation takes objectivity.

We offer both. The IRS estimates that more than 2 million people overpay their taxes each year, to the tune of over $1 billion. You should pay all the taxes you lawfully owe. Services
I specialize in helping single women make sense of their money and their taxes. As a Fee-Only financial planner, I take a holistic approach to smart financial management: I focus on teaching my clients in addition to assisting them in getting all aspects of their financial house in order. I've been interested in personal finance since I was little.
Your goals and values are the foundation on which your personal financial plan is built. Everything else is coordinated so that you can achieve your goals while remaining true to your values.

Determining how much insurance coverage you need, what risks you can afford to self-insure, where you should buy your insurance, how much you should pay for it, and understanding and maximizing your employee benefit package are vitally important to your financial security.Estate planning goes well beyond making a will.
BRIO helps single women facing a wide range of challenges make sense of their money and their taxes. As a single woman you may lack confidence or experience to make sound financial decisions. Perhaps you are newly divorced or widowed and realize that you didn't participate much in financial decision making when you were married.
Holistic in outlook. I will consider all of your circumstances, family needs, goals, values, and aspirations when making comprehensive financial planning recommendations. Professional in conduct. I will strive to maintain the highest ethical standards possible in my work and life.

I will enhance my skills and credentials through ongoing continuing education, and I will refer you to other professionals when you need help in an area outside my expertise.Educational in nature. I will guide you through your options and explain them clearly to help you make the best choices. I will always take the time to help you understand my advice.
Taxes and investments are key components of your personal financial plan, but peace of mind comes from attention to all aspects of your financial life. You end up with several pieces of your personal financial plan in place, but each was developed independently by a different person at a differing time in your life.

Michelle Morris, CFP, EA, attended the Annual Tax Update of M. Robinson & Company, Tax Law Specialists. Her questions indicated her excellent training in financial services. Her warm personality relaxed me. She was sensitive to my individual characteristics. I would confidently refer a client.
