It's been a struggle. They keep billing for supplies that our insurance has already paid the for. We have our explanation of benefits (EoB) showing the payment and have shared that information. Multiple phone calls, too. Last bill we received threatened action against us.
We are told there is a problem with receiving reimbursement from the the supplier of the wound care products and this why we continue to receive bills. They acknowledge the bill has been paid by our insurance. Frankly, I dont care about their issues with the supplier. It's not our problem and the harassing letters need to stop

Awful customer service. I called Friday for the third time to address a bill that we received 2.5 years after the service because the insurance denied it. We were told by the insurance company that we were not responsible for the bill. The woman I spoke with (Susan) was terribly rude and hung up on me.
