Fair and honest, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He gave me a good chimney education and even explained some simple maintenance I could do myself. The charge for the visit was very reasonable. When the time comes that I do need cleaning or repairs, I will definitely call DFW Fireplace solutions.

First, I will say that their prices are in line with the industry standard. The technicians were an Uncle and Nephew team who were friendly and professional. We needed some repairs and maintenance done and they could have easily made some stuff up and either charged us extra or upsell some additional services.. they did neither.. instead, they offered some helpful advice and tips on how to do it ourselves, if that is what we wanted to do. They took their time and were generous with their contacts and expertise.Highly recommended

Very happy with the service, fireplace looks brand new. It was a very thorough cleaning of gas pilot, glass and replaced all the sparkle stuff and a new switch was needed and replaced. The Tech discussed some features of how my fireplace works and did a full safety check as well. It was a very pleasant experience! Highly recommended

Overall good job but service was very $$$$ expensive for the amount of work performed and feel overcharged for fixing damper that was not broken but stuck which cleaning resolved. Called due to concerns about a fireplace crack. The technician Tim came was very personable, and addressed all my issues and cleaned out the flu and fire box. Thank you Tim.
