Great service and no B.S.!!
J& D resolved my problem after months of dealing with the local hardware store
(where the saw was purchased less than a year ago) and back and forth emails with Stihl. Tyler waited on me and LISTENED to what I had to say. He confirmed the problem and called Stihl to seek a resolution. I came in frustrated and left as a happy customer.
Highly recommend.

Went to J&D to purchase a replacement part for my Stihl trimmer. The short, stocky, bearded guy at the counter treated me as though I wasn't there and hoped I wouldn't bother him (I was the only customer in the shop). I had to ask him for assistance, but his demeanor was so off-putting I put the item I needed back on the rack and left. Maybe he was just having a bad day...nonetheless, due to the bad mojo I won't return. There are plenty of other places to purchase what I needed.

I have not had a very pleasant experience with this company. I had read the reviews and everyone that wrote one said how great their service was. I had them pick up my tractor when it would not move and they replaced the drive belt. It took time for them to get the parts which I fully understand. In that period of time I arranged to have my lawn cut. When the tractor was returned I was still under obligation with the lawn service so the tractor was placed in the garage. When I went to use the tractor to cut the grass the blades would not engage. I called and talked with someone who was not to friendly

Purchased a Husqvarna 545XP Mark II chainsaw from Tyler. He took the time to explain all the differences between my old chainsaw and the new chainsaw, when he verified I had been using a chainsaw for many years. Outstanding customer service! Looks like I have found a new place to purchase my equipment. Update to my previous review. I stopped back up to ask a question concerning my new saw. Tim and Dave from the service department were OUTSTANDING! They answered my question quickly,, and were very courteous. Love this place. Great sales staff and great service department staff! Who could ask for
