I've been going to Newport Bodyworks for quite a while for body treatments and micro dermabrasion. LAUREN is amazing! After one of my sessions with her, my skin feels baby soft and literally brand new. I get lots of compliments on my skin and I know that it has a lot to do with Lauren's superior treatments.

This was my first time going to Newport Body Works. I was immediately greeted with kindness and was made to feel absolutely comfortable. The nurse, Kim, performed my Botox injections and she was not only right on time, she was also so fluid in her explanations of the procedure and I barely felt a thing. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had bruising and bad positioning of the injection sites. This experience was exactly what I needed. I'm getting ready for summer! I did some research and chose the Venus treatment because it says it's a non-surgical skin tightening treatment that has been proven to naturally boost collagen production below the surface, which improves the appearance of skin on the face and body for a tighter smoother appearance. Lauren has been treating me and has done my upper arms, abdomen and thighs. She's been using the Venus machine for years and she's very experienced and does a great job!

Never have I been treated so rudely... procedures are a luxury and when going in for one I'm always excited, until I went for my appointment here. The lady at the front desk asked my name and then my procedure, I want to add a filler. This has NEVER EVER been a problem, other places listen and ask if you're thinking of anything else. I got scolded for wanting to add something extra and she would have been the one injecting me. Literally scolded and attitude. No one needs this from a business, ESPECIALLY when you're paying for a luxury service.

Kimberly was amazing! Spoke me through the entire process and definitely calmed my nerves. For my first time she gave me the perfect amount all around my lips. I just wanted a little volume all over and I am more than happy with the results. I cant wait for them to settle in!!

So I started my appointments with the groupon deal before they closed and recently started back again a couple weeks ago when they opened and im now just finishing up my treatments and I can definitely say that I've had such a great experience as far as customer service and treatments!! Found this place on Groupon for microneedling PRP. After reading all the good reviews, I decided to give it a try. Although the nurse was very nice, I did not get the result I was looking for. It's over half a year in and I don't see any improvement on skin texture or tightening at all. I could tell that she didn't covered all area of the face evenly during the treatment. I confirmed it after washing my face at home later. Only a few area of the face got thorough treatment.
The most important factor is that she didn't apply all the PRP on my skin at the end of the treatment
