I purchased a vehicle from Keith. It took him over a month to obtain a title and license plate for it. At that time, he had promised to pay for the removal of the license plate screws on the rear of the vehicle because he'd had a teenager install them with his dealer plate and they were overtightened, breaking the plate that they screw into. When I returned to have him do this, he changed his mind and REFUSED to remedy the problem OR reimburse me for having to take it to a repair shop. He was highly disrespectful and unprofessional in the way he addressed me and the situation. I would

Keith went above and beyond in making sure the vehicle I purchased was just right for me. Nancy has great customer service and explained all the paperwork very well. Plus, his suggestion for a good finance bank got me a huge decrease in the interest rate and an additional year to pay it off.
