I am revising my initial poor review after a representative from Alexander Martin reached out to me. In addition to being very professional and courteous, he explained in more detail the insurance process and separation of church and state (broker vs. insurance company). He ended up being very informative and helpful, which has resulted in my review change.
The one thing that will not change is that anyone approaching Alexander Martin for insurance, should absolutely stay away from the TOWER HILL insurance company for their coverage. They are the absolute worst money can buy and will 100% leave
