Wiegand Liners sells and installs HMW and UHMW plastic dump truck liners for many applications in Peoria, Bloomington, Central Illinois, and throughout the Midwest. The most common applications for our liners are dump trucks and dump trailers, although belt trailers, hopper bottoms, off-road vehicles, vans, utility trailers, and loader buckets can also be lined.
We also can replace the back half of worn liners by plastic welding on a new liner. With our plastic welder we can repair nearly any plastic application. Dump trailer liners bring great value in terms of wear, quicker release (1-2 stages), and safety (less chance of tip-over). Customers often drive as many as 300 miles for a Wiegand installed liner.

Services
Wiegand Liners was created to fill a need, both personally and commercially. Wiegand Fertilizer Service became tired of having lime freezing and sticking to their trailer, leading to the installation of a 28' dump trailer liner in September of 1991 that provided quick and complete release of the lime from their trailer, regardless of the temperature.
At Wiegand Liners our instillation techniques and solution will give you a longer lasting trouble-free dump truck liner. One of the problems we have addressed is material getting under the liner. At Wiegand Liners we use bolted cover strips and a fully sealed nose and doghouse to combat the problem, as well as our revolutionary liner glove.
Whether you're hauling rock, lime, fertilizer, grain or dirt, it is imperative that material does not get underneath the dump truck liner. The Glove stops materials from working forward underneath the liner, preventing corrosion and load contamination, reducing overall maintenance time and costs, and extending the life of the liner and the trailer.
Sticking and freezing often occurs in the nose and doghouse area first, which is why 95% of Wiegand Liners customers prefer lined and sealed nose and doghouse areas installed with Wiegand's lifetime guarantee. The nose and doghouse pieces are cut to custom fit each trailer, with all seams plastic welded together and to the main dump truck liner.
QuickSilver is the toughest and most durable virgin UHMW liner on the market. QuickSilver is the only liner we sell that can handle hot asphault, in addition to almost any material you can throught at it, including rip-rap. Durapro is a mid-grade recycled UHMW liner that can haul almost anything except for hot asphault.

Hard to find service like what you receive when you work with Shannon. Just had him put a liner in our grain truck. Completed it quickly & very reasonable on pricing as well. Even took the time to send some bolts with me to take care of the liner in our other grain truck as well. Definitely will use them for any other farm needs that come up in the future as well.
