You know, the attendant was polite, but she was not knowledgeable at all. The other so called manager did not address me, stood their as stoic as can be, while her attendant explained crazy regulations (private business) about opening the box to take photos for insurance. In addition, she stated I had to have a receipt that verified the value; the value of the item has gone up since I purchased it. The funny thing is collectibles, antiques, and things of good value go up in price and therefore derail their "we only insure things with a verified receipt." So, a purchase receipt is void in this case

First time using this service and they told me my package hadn't arrived when it had. On the second trip back after a phone call I found out the employee who couldn't find my package with my ID in hand was the manager. What are you gonna do? Go somewhere else, that's what.

Went today to have some documents notarized. There are instructions on these documents explaining that the witness to the signatures must not be a relative or someone who knows the party. The notary there gave the document for my wife to sign. By the time I realized she was signing the document it was too late. I told the notary that it could not be a family member, and because of her lack of professionalism I was going to have to go back home, reprint the document, and then go back to the store to finish the notarization. Never again! I went to Quips and Quotes to ship a box I had sold on ebay yesterday but they were closed, so I saw The Mail Pak store next door and thought "hey that's convenient." So I stopped in and shipped my package through them. I get home and look at the shipping charge and it's triple the average cost through the Post office. I believe in making a profit but triple the average is over the top. My elders used to say "You can shear a sheep many times, but you can only butcher it once!" Never again Mail Pak!

I came in to get 50 copies and was told they charge 10 cents per copy. I asked for 50 copies total. I then asked the lady who helped me if she could fit two flyers on one page to which she said yes and proceeded to make the copies. At some point she looked at the copy machine and said she accidentally pushed 100 but that it was OK and she would… only charge me for the 50. I went yesterday late morning to mail out some items and a letter to a friend of mine. I came in very unprepared. I encountered a young man named Oliver who was very helpful in picking out the appropriate sized insulated envelope and helping me find the most affordable type of shipping that was also expedient. The gentleman was very professional and very friendly, I am used to a different kind of experience at the USPS office. Highly recommend this establishment, I had no idea they offer alot of different services.

The worst customer service ever. My 80 year old mother went by during business hours to follow up on lost package. When owner/employee saw her coming, he locked the door. She was not allowed to enter. Claudia, business owner, told both my mom and I that she had put a trace on lost item and would call with information. She did not call as promised so my mom put herself at risk and decided to visit in person. Sadly, she was denied access. Item was not delivered. Expensive plus horrible service. No thank you. NEVER AGAIN

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I have always found good answers for my questions . If I need to send something from USPS, or FedEX, or UPS I can do it from here. And if you need a private PO Box they also have those available. AND if you need to stop at Barnes and Noble for a Starbuck's coffee that's just a short walk!

I have used this business to mail packages, print pictures, send faxes, buy postage, etc. The staff is very friendly and professional, and everyone from the owner Ray Norton to all the employees know you by name. All the info is stored in the system which makes it very practical. I will never go to other place or the post office.

Zero stars review. Spent money on notarizing documents and faxing them on Thursday. Checked today on Monday with the recipient and was told that my loan request will be cancelled because there was a white vertical going through and obliterating some of my bank account numbers. I was told to start the process again because I was faxing from a dirty fax machine that needs to be serviced. I called and was told that a manager will be calling me back. After awhile and no call, I drove to the store and walked into a meeting that consisted of the entire staff hovering around the fax machine used to fax

It is convenient stamps are priced at face value but....i was going to ship a pkg ups which turned out it was going to be 30 bucks i expected less. The lady told me they have to make a profit. I took it to the ups store and it was almost half. Thats a big mark up. Also you can go a few doors down to quips& quotes where they have an actual us post office. The business is family owned but some of them are not very friendly some rude. They should put people in who know how to smile. Overpriced mr norton.
