I had excellent service from Low Price Auto Glass. I called them on a Monday afternoon and they were able to get my car's windshield in and schedule me for the following morning. I expected it to take a few hours to get done but they called me 45 mins later to come pick up my car. The price I paid was the exact same price they had quoted me over the phone so no surprises! They were also able to beat Safelite by about $55 and another vendor in town by about $40. Also, they were able to put my TXTag on the new windshield without damaging it. No complaints here! Came here before for a new window on my driver side & came today to get my windshield replaced from an accident that happened yesterday and they were really friendly and were super positive and explained everything throughly on what they were going to do considering I mistakenly gave them the wrong info of not having a sensor on it but they worked it out and let me know what they were going to do considering it was a different windshield. Took about 30 mins or less for them to put it on & cleaned up the glass that was in the inside. They even put my new rear view mirror on I’ve had for so long

Excellent, and efficient experience getting start to finish. Got three quotes for a windshield replacement on a 2008 Toyota Tacoma. The quoted price was not the cheapest but not much more than the cheapest quote. They were the only company who had the windshield in stock though which was great. Called to make an appointment on a Thursday, and they had one left for Friday afternoon. Showed up at the appointment time and the windshield was replaced in about an hour, was really like 45 minutes. Great job all around Low Price Auto Glass, thanks!

I had my windshield cracked earlier in the week. For less than 300$, without insurance needing to cover any of it, I was able to get it replaced the next morning. The replacement took maybe less than 30 minutes.
No small talk. No hassle. No trying to upsell you on something more expensive. Just called ahead and told them the make and model of my car the day before, walked in the next morning, gave them my keys and sat down. By the time they were done, I was just barely getting comfortable.

I called around 10 am to get my windshield replaced. By 1 pm they had an estimate and told me they could fit me in at 4 pm the same day! The staff was very professional and helpful, particularly explaining about the sensing equipment, and how they weren't going to charge for calibration if it wasn't needed. I hope I never need any auto window repairs again, but if I do, I am DEFINITELY coming back here! Cannot say enough great things about the wonderful experience! A+

While traveling through Texas, I experienced my first big hail storm. My windshield was badly cracked. I had nobody to help me drop off my car, so I planned to wait while it was repaired. When these guys saw that I had a child, with me, they worked to get me in and out as quickly as possible. They were very professional and reasonably priced. I recommend them. The shop waiting room is not very comfortable, but I think most people leave their vehicles and don't have to wait.

My husband's windshield has a huge crack in it and needed to be replaced. The gentleman out there replaced it for half the price of everywhere else he checked. They were fast, efficient and professional. He would recommend them to anyone needing to replace their windshield. They'll even come to you!!

Txt them today after trying to work with glass with class they got back to me within 10 minutes hour thirty minutes had new windshield looked great at 100.00 dollars less than shop I was trying to get work done.windshield quoted was less but I had lane sensor so one I needed was more my fault but still managed get get me money off of what was regular price.

These guys are great. Unfortunately, I had to see them twice in the past six months. Once for a replacement and once for chip repair. When I called the second time, I was quoted a very reasonable price for the chip repair. I showed up and got my car right in for the work.
When they realized it was one of their replacement windshields, they told me that the first chip is repaired free for their windshields. This was a wonderful bonus! The repair has not had any issues and it has been a couple of months since then.
I don't hope to see them again soon, but I wouldn't go anywhere else

Second time I've used these guys. Friendly, fast, and very reasonably priced.
I brought my late model SUV in for a chip on the driver's side of the windshield. They couldn't make it disappear - it had occurred during a trip earlier in the year, and dust had gathered in it to the point it couldn't all be removed - but they applied a clear epoxy, and to date the chip hasn't expanded.
Price was very reasonable, wait time was minimal. Will use again!

My boyfriend took my truck in as a birthday gift.
Worst Service EVER.
They put a HUGE gash my dashboard and neglected to say anything to him about it before he paid for it.
Filling the hole with Black caulk is how they "made it right" Oh... AND the mess from the broken glass and dashboard pieces were left behind on my floor for ME to clean it up!

Average pricing; quick service; but if your looking for cleanliness, then look elsewhere. Just had by rear window replaced; have shattered glass everywhere now; back seat, floorboard, back of the truck and all over the driveway. No effort to clean up after my misfortune or themselves. Ive had many windshields replaced over the years and have never had to clean up the glass.
When I called the office, I was told that they do not even carry a vacuum on the truck. Sure would of been nice to know upfront! All other companies do!

Yes, this is as good as it gets! I called and made an appointment to have the windshield replaced in my sports car. I wrongly assumed that because this is a specialty vehicle that the windshield would not be in stock and they would have to order it. However, they had it and said it could be installed in 1 hour. They gave me a price and whoa was it ever GREAT! Less than $200 installed. I arrived on time and was out the door in about an hour. The windshield replacement was perfect and it's better than factory!! I could not be more pleased with the sale and service and I highly recommend
