Founded by Donna Rybacki, American Senior Home Finders is a family-owned business helping families with the growing need for quality senior care. We work with a team of senior care professionals to help you find what you need for your loved one. Our job is not complete until you find that IDEAL place to call home.
We will set up a time to meet with you and your family right away and assess the current situation and evaluate the needs. We guide you through to a successful outcome where EVERYBODY WINS! Moving a loved one into an assisted living community is a new and important chapter in life. The decision affects their everyday quality of life and as such, can be an emotional one.
If you are interested in our services and would like to have us advocate and consult you and your family on assisted living options, please read and agree to the service agreement below. Gather information regarding your elderly loved one's medical condition, ADLs (activities of daily living) and IADLs (instrumental activities of daily living).
We come to your home or the most comfortable environment to interview and evaluate the exact needs and to identify level of care and the type of community that would be most suitable. There are many aspects to consider to make the placement successful. These include physical health, activities of daily living, location and accessibility, family support available, budget and finances.
AMERICAN SENIOR HOME FINDERS offers a personal placement service to seniors and their families free of charge. We are your personal advocate and represent you and your family just as in Realty where the Realtor is your agent. We provide this service for no fee to you on the following terms.

Donna was very sympathetic to our situation with my mom, and really listened to what our need were for her care. The facilities she recommended were a good fit, and we ultimately found a great option that we are all very happy with. She even checked in after move-in to make sure everything was going well. Donna Rybacki has been a godsend in helping with a task most people wouldn't know where to start. The time had come to find an assisted living residence for my father, who has dementia, a smoker and had two little dogs - a tough client to be placed in a retirement community. Donna was able to find just the right place for him. She not only had options, but helped answer the questions, I had as well as answers those I had not thought off. With so many advertisements for other referring outfits, Donna makes the search easy and no hassle.

Brooke is one of the most professional placement agent I know. She is very caring, sweet, and patient with referrals I have given her.
