We were going to go with this company the owner was very nice until I asked him to make sure that when they came out to do the actual job I wanted to make sure the workers wore there mask because my son had a double lung transplant and kidney transplant and we can’t take the chances of him getting ill and he refused and said “I’m gonna have to walk away.”THERE IS A STATE MANDATE TO WEAR A MASK.

I Had a really old picture window that I wanted to replace with windows that opened. I googled a window company near my location and this company came up and had all 5 star reviews which was great. From the moment I called the owner Arnie, he was friendly, professional, knowledgeable. I knew what i wanted but he helped me to choose a window that would look good on my particular house. He was not pushy, just very experienced and pointed out the different options and why i should pick those. It wasn’t about the cost but rather what would look nicer. He was right!! I love my window. I love everything

Arnie installed two entry doors and two storm doors for us. He was meticulous and made sure the doors fit perfectly, including in one doorway that wasn't even close to square. They look great and we could not be happier with his work.

After reaching out to Arnie and receiving a well detailed estimate, we decided to go with American Horizon Windows and Doors. Arnie provided an estimate install date perfectly. He was great at providing updates throughout the process. Arnie and Mike did a bang up job installing the door and addressing a few issues that took craftsmanship to get things perfect. They left things cleans and explained what we needed to know has the homeowners.

Arnie ensures you have great quality for your money. He spent two hours just during the quoting process to make sure we got what we wanted within a reasonable price. We had both exterior doors replaced (a sliding glass door and front door with two sidelights). He ensured we understood everything happening each step of the way. We were certain we were getting high quality work and products. We didn't hesitate to hire him after quoting because we felt the jobs would be done right. Arnie and Mike are very professional and cleaned up well after the jobs.
