When two spouses decide to divorce, they must divide their assets, including property and debts. I came to this practice for a divorce. I really appreciated the professionalism and quickness of the whole process. Divorce is difficult enough and there was no added drama. My results were as I had hoped for. Ms. Willison also helped me with my will and Advanced Directives which was also and easy process due to her knowledge and good organization. Much of the work was completed via phone calls and emails. Anything needing notarization was in her office. I am grateful that I got through the whole process without added Trauma and Drama and minimal expense.

Just my opinion, but save yourself some money and get an a attorney that actually wants to work for their money. I paid $4500 for Stephenie to represent me and she filed a motion to dismiss and represented me at a 90 min preliminary hearing. I was under the assumption that she was actually going to represent me in person, but instead I was surprised to find out that day that she would be doing it telephonic. We were unable to discuss anything that was brought up in court beings she did it telephonic, so she only spoke for a few min and then I proceeded to have to represent myself.

One of the best decisions I ever made, was to hire Stephanie to handle my child custody case. She exceeded my expectations in regards to my case. Her knowledge and professionalism has allowed me to have a relationship with my daughter that I had been trying to have for years. In the past I had hired other lawyers who were not able to deliver in the court room. Stephanie did an amazing job in the courtroom to ensure I was awarded sole custody and a judgement for all my attorney fees. I would 100 percent hire and request Stephanie on my side again and for any future issues I encounter.

We chose Willison because it was close to our home, it was a family law practice, and Stephanie is a mediator - we wanted to use a mediator for our divorce. Towards the end of 2019 I found myself in a broken marriage. Having been served divorce papers I was under a time limit to get the advice I needed and draft a response. Stephanie is quick with her knowledge, advocates for her clients, and is very to the point, which I found extremely helpful, especially when communicating with the other party on my behalf. I appreciate her promptness, responsibility, and the fact that she listened to my concerns. Had it not been for her, I’m not sure that I would have felt the least bit comfortable with how my divorce case would have potentially turned out; she took care of each complication and spoke with the other party to come to a solution.
