I would give them 5 stars been going here off and on since 2015. They've helped beyond anyone else. They're the only affordable suboxone doctor around. Honestly this woman keeps scheduling my appointments then when it comes time for me to go it was either never scheduled or for instance right now today I was to have a over the phone appointment with dr.mantin and the woman was supposed to send a link via text message. I called 7 times over the period of 8am to 910am. Every time I got no answer. Yet she picks up to schedule a appointment. I've also been double charged a couple times. It isn't the

I have been going here for a year now and have stayed clean. I am in college, I graduate in June 2020 and I'm an active member of my church. He is a great doctor and truly cares about his patients. He explains the whole process. I would recommend this office to anyone trying to get clean and live a normal life. He is cheaper than most suboxone matience programs and the nurses are awsome!

For those of you who just don’t get it, let me help you understand. This would make my sixth sub doctor . I have paid as much at other places as $1100, $850 $650 and the list goes on. This is the only place I am aware of that allows you to use insurance for Buprenorphine!! So for those of you who cannot deal with the waiting times in the lobby consider yourself blessed, because I drive three hours every month sometimes every two weeks just to see the doctor. And I will continue to do so, he will see you for more than one thing at a time you just have to give notice, he’s one of the most liberal

The doctor is decent. But the wait times are ridiculous. We sit in the waiting for at least an hour and sometimes 2 hours! Plus the doctor refuses to see u for more than one thing at a time! He must be greedy and wants the money for 2 separate visits. Recommendation....find another doctor. This office sucks! But the receptionist are wonderful. Wish I could say the same for the doctor!

Receptionist/nurses are the best! Couldn't ask for them to be any nicer or more professional! On the other hand Dr. Arie Mantin is the worst Dr. I've ever experienced! I've been going to him for almost 4 years now, he is so rude and arrogant. He continually makes me feel like an idiot and every time I try to describe a symptom to him he rudely interrupts me. You would think if I have been loyal to him for almost 4 years he would be respectful but no. He's selfish/money hungry and doesn't care about the patients. This is my opinion and he may be different with other patients, these are just my experiences

I have been seeing Dr. Mantin for about 3 years now and he and his staff have always been super nice and very caring. Sometimes the wait time can be a little long but who wants to rush a Dr. when they are trying to help us live longer.

Highly recommended and compassionate doctor. He is a caring doctor who is understanding and non judgmental who puts his patients first. . He passed his Medical Review Officer exam for the second time this year which is a difficult exam and is also a board certified family practice doctor for many years.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mantin for over 3 years. He has always been fair with me and I would recommend him to anyone for any illness they may have. He has treated me for addiction and other issues with stellar results. Any negative comments by some of the other patients in my opinion are made without proper education or they were not given what they wanted by the doctor. He treats many of his patients for addiction and I know many of them from being a patient myself.... One thing we all have in common is a better quality of life due to his treatment. Dr. Mantin is great and easy to talk to, I absolutely love his staff Leann and Crystal. Sometimes there is a longer wait but when it is my turn, I know that I will get his same undivided attention. His office is in FORSYTH county not Davidson
