Our goal is to provide excellent technical support for all Rayco Wylie crane indicators we sell. We offer multiple ways to find a solution to your questions. We have manuals, wiring diagrams, product specifications and help videos all here on our site in this product support section. We also have instant message chat on the site during daytime hours.

Crane accidents are quite common across the United States, which OSHA has provided multiple health and safety guidelines for crane. A pioneer in the crane safety equipment field, Wylie designed the first crane overload indicator in 1933 and introduced the safe load indicator or rated capacity indicator as it's known today in 1964.

Jeff at CWSA has been great to work with while providing a great product. We installed a i4300 in our 4000 Manitowoc in SE Alaska. The crane operators love the system. We have just ordered a second system for our Manitex drydock wing wall mounted crane. The tech doing the install was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
