Services
Getting rid of your trash is easy. We ask that you place all waste in clearly labeled containers that we provide or you purchase. We recommend that waste and recyclables are placed at the curb the night before your collection day to ensure collection. If you have trash that does not fit inside of your provided trash collection cart, you may set out an additional personal container or place the extra bags next to your trash collection cart.
Recycling not only rids your home of unwanted refuse; it also helps preserve the environment. Enhance your recycling routine by taking advantage of our curbside recycling services in Atlanta, GA. This service is offered biweekly (twice per month). Only one container is available per household. Your recycling cart is to be used for the sole purpose of collecting recyclables (rigid containers, cans, cardboard, and paper).
We suggest collecting all used needles and syringes in a thick, impenetrable plastic bottle such as a laundry detergent bottle. The sealed bottle can then be discarded in your regular household trash container. The plastic container is no longer recyclable once it has been used for the collection of medical waste.
Roadway safety is our primary concern. Trash collection will be temporarily suspended on roads and/or areas which are deemed unsafe due to snow or ice. If we are unable to provide collection, services will resume as soon as it is safe to do so. If your cart is broken, nonfunctional, or missing, contact our customer service department immediately.

I've reached out to Fulton Sanitation on four occasions now, and have left my name and phone number with a young lady by the name of Linda. Although when you call, you can hear people laughing and talking in the background Linda claims that there is no one to take my call. When I asked for an email address to write an email, she advised they don't have emails. One of these days I'll receive a call back from someone. In the meantime, I've established service with CLM Sanitation who got me signed up quickly, and without the attitude and unprofessional service of Linda.

I’ve never received such poor customer service from any business. I’ve been trying to speak with someone for over a month now and have not been successful with receiving a call back. The only person who picks up the phone is a representative by the name of , Linda and she is so rude. When I asked where their building was located so I could walk in and speak with someone she advised they’re located in Maryland. I want to understand why they’re on the approved, City of South Fulton sanitation list and they’re not located in Georgia. Why are we soliciting businesses outside of our state

Terrible service!! The trash pickup men skipped over my house and didn’t empty my trash bin on my scheduled pickup day. I called Jarvis the truck driver and he told me I would have to wait an entire week for service. I escalated the issue to Calvin the owner of Fulton Sanitation and he informed me that his driver “hasn’t made a mistake in 17 years” and he doesn’t believe that his crew made the mistake. I have proof of them skipping over my house on my security cameras. I shouldn’t have to wait an entire week for trash service that I pay for.

Critical: Professionalism
My trash pick-up day is Tuesday. as of last Tuesday I still have not gotten my garbage picked up. They don't answer the phone and even the Route driver doesn't answer. If Fulton Sanitation has gone out of business we as your customers should know so we can find someone else. They sent a bill and has missed picking up three times.

I was supposed to receive my trash can on 9/7/21. Then I was promised that I would receive it 9/11, 9/12 or 9/13. I still have not received a can. They told me that a can is not promised only the service. They never answer the phone nor respond. I am going to switch back to my original service as they were prompt and very professional. They really do not deserve a star at al!!! AWFUL SERVICE!!!

Established new service and paid for a prorated quarter and service for the next quarter. They stated we would receive trash cans within a week. It has been 3 weeks and cans have not been delivered nor has trash been picked up. The first time trash was not picked up we called and the person who answered the phone sounded irritated and told me to call back after 4:00pm. They close at 4:00pm. We have called and NO ONE answers the phone. We have left multiple voice messages. NO RESPONSE. But they have our money.

Initially had great service until my trash can got a huge hole in it from the trash truck. Spoke to a gentleman twice about getting a replacement can and he kept promising someone would reach out to me soon. Over a month later I'm still using the broken can and only able to keep trash in it if I keep placing tape on the outside. Pretty disappointed
