As a bday gift I received a Groupon voucher for laser hair removal at Head to Toe Salon. This is my first laser hair removal experience so I wasn’t totally sure what to expect. I live in Buffalo as I am a student, so I can only meet for appointments on the weekends. AnnMarie is always willing to work with my schedule! Additionally, the knowledge she possesses regarding her practice is comforting and informative. If you are considering laser hair removal look no further, you will not be disappointed!!

I bought a Groupon for gel manicure with Sara, she moved to another salon, when I called to make an appointment, they gave me her number, I called the other salon to make an appointment, which was for this morning, I get there , and she no longer works there now, went back to head to toe salon again, I was not happy at all driving all the way there, I texted her to let her know, she calls said she left a voicemail, which no way she did on my phone, said she must have made a mistake. I let Groupon know about it and got a refund back.

They got me in right away which is good, but they put me with either a new employee or an intern who didn’t know how to cut hair. I ask for layers and there is no layers. I asked for a side bang and she pretty much just grabbed a piece of my side bangs and cut it. While she was doing she asked another person if she is doing this correctly. So 26 dollars later with tip my husband said it doesn’t look like you got a hair cut. Which feels that way. I’m not a fan of this place.

I found this salon a few years ago and have been hooked ever since. My stylist, Kelly, is great! Initially, I was looking for a place close to home and someone to cut my hair. Very basic. As I'm aging, the grey hairs are starting to show! eeee! So I've grown to need my stylist to know me, know what I'm looking for, and what will look good on me. I've entirely trusted Kelly to make it happen...and wow! She has exceeded expectations! Every.single.time. She knows how to mix it right so my hair looks good on me. Compliments come every time I get my hair done, all thanks to Kelly.

I spent most of my adolescence with long hair. My head was shaved in 7th grade for a musical and then I kept growing it out, cutting a ponytail off in 10th grade and the summer before my freshman year of college to donate. Well in May 2012, for some reason, I decided that it was time for a change so I went to a salon in DC (where I was going to school) and chopped it all off and I had short hair for the first time in 6 or 7 years.
I went home that summer and I realized that I needed a haircut. I met Vanetta at a picnic at a neighbor's house and found out that she is a hair stylist at Head

I received a gift certificate for a massage here from Krystal. I have never been to this salon before and really don't have any other experience with them besides going right up to the massage room. However the massage was AMAZING! Seriously one of the best massages I have ever had, she is very good a deep tissue massages. I highly recommend her!! I will be back!

I love going here to get my nails done by Jennifer Brand! She is really passionate about that she does and it shows. She has a great personality also, so she is fun to talk to and always has me laughing while I am there.
I am so indecisive, but she always knows what nail color to do on me. That way I don't have to make a decision.
She did my nails for my engagement photo shoot and my wedding and I received sooooo many compliments. They were so perfect for my big day!
I would definitely recommend you stop in and see her. She is the best!

Went to Head to Toe on 3/5 for a hair cut with Natalya after purchasing a Living Social coupon. Absolutely loved the hair cut, and the salon is open bright and beautiful. The salon is very kid-friendly (toy chest provided in the waiting area) which is good for parents, not great for someone coming to the salon to relax and get away for an afternoon. I prefer my salon experiences without a side of shrieking, crying, toy-throwing, knee-height people running around someone working with scissors near my face, etc.
That being said, I truly loved my hair cut, and the staff seemed friendly and welcoming
