I was in town for a very sad occasion and I stopped in to buy shirts for my old man and some close friends of ours, as is customary whenever I travel. The dealership is beautiful and the customer service is outstanding. Angie helped me find the perfect shirts for everyone on my list. The Operator will answer the phone then transfer you and then nobody ever picks up. That’s even IF the Operator answers. The prompt gives you a prompt to leave a message but then you need an extension….how you supposed to know the extensions?! This has been happening BEFORE Covid, the pandemic just made it worse it gives a crutch.

The dealership always crosses my mind when I'm wondering where I'll be riding. Gorden stayed in touch for 6 months before a bike came through that was in my budget. A 2015 Honda Shadow Phantom, black on black with 2700 miles. I put 5K on it learning to ride.
Chap was laid back and let me sell myself with my first Harley. A 2020 Sportster 1200 Iron, murdered out, with a windscreen, sissy bar, and a more comfortable seat.

I gotta say the staff is super helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and best of all NOT pushy!!! These guys and gals (in each department) really are truly down to earth and some of the nicest I've met in a long time!!! My purchase wasn't a planned one. I honestly had only stopped in to sign the parental consent papers for my son's motorcycle safety course class coming up and after talking with Coach Dan and he suggested I talk with Alex (salesman) next thing I knew I was on my way to becoming a new owner. All the staff is amazing here, I can't emphasize just how real they are and easy laid-back personalities

I recently purchased a used Harley-Davidson from Hideout. My story doesn’t begin there though, and it doesn’t end here.
Our first visit to Hideout was during an event they hosted in early 2020. The dealer staff was welcoming and engaging without being pushy. We met Dan Haskins the riding academy manager and he made sure we had everything needed to enjoy an afternoon during their open house.
A few months later, I joined them for a weekend-long riding class and the staff I met that weekend continued the tradition. Welcoming us and keeping everyone smiling but with a goal in mind. Patty and
