My wood floors are now a work of art!!! I was so worried about this project not going well as our house is more than 100 years old, but Morgan knew exactly how to gently and painstakingly refinish them.

He was a pleasure to work with too, very funny and enthusiastic about his work. The whole process could have been a nightmare as this was one of my first home remodeling projects but he very patiently took me through every step and really seemed to enjoy educating me on how things would get done.

And now I am obsessed with my beautiful gleaming floors and do not allow anyone to wear their shoes

Morgan did a fantastic job with a small carpentry project in our apartment. A pre-war door in our apartment was damaged and had a big hole in it. Replacing a pre-war door would have cost on the order of $1000-2000 because of the weird dimensions and being solid wood. But Morgan saved us that headache and did a fantastic job repairing the hole and he did it quickly. It's really not noticeable that any patchwork was done. On top of that, Morgan is just lovely to work with, flexible, and gave us a great price. 5 stars for this guy! He will definitely be our go-to guy for future projects and carpentry

We love our wooden floors! MTI Carpentry was able to restore the original hardwood floors (built in 1896) in our home to perfection. The color was a custom blend to match the existing trims throughout the house - so unique! MTI went above and beyond and was there throughout the entire process. Answered every call and question. Would highly recommend!

We scratched our client's desk and were looking for a carpenter to fix it. I called to 7 carpenters and Morgan was the most responsible, helpful, knowledgeable and was willing to help. He also is very punctual and answered all my questions. Price he gave us was also very reasonable. Despite the fact that we decided to buy a new desk instead of fixing an old one and did not go through all the process, I liked the service and consultation. Morgan, thank you very much. If we need any future help we will ask only Morgan and MTI carpentry to help.
