For starters the owner took 5 weeks to even begin working on my car, with a different excuse each time I contacted him for an update. Secondly, after 2 months, I come to pick it up and there’s a fat dent in the bumper he JUST replaced. I point it out and he replies “oh yeah” OH YEAH??? I doubt he was even going to mention it, blaming itSo I waited another 4 days. After finally getting in my car and driving off happy to be through with this mess, I notice the dent isn’t even popped all the way out! He had great customer service up front, talking as if I was in the best of hands. You are

I followed my coworker to this shop to drop his vehicle off to get repaired on a previous quote that the service manager quoted him, but upon arrival to get the work done his quote wasn't honored but they actually added more money to pad his bill. This is a poor excuse of a business to not honor their word. My coworker will never reccomend this business for anything to anyone!!

I previously use there services to repair my suspension in my 1999 Chevrolet k1500. The work performed was good and the person working with me was great. So I was interested in changing the dash board in my truck and received and quote $500 just to remove the old dash and install the new one. The world has been shut down because of coronavirus so I had not been able to bring the truck in to get the work done. Yesterday I was able to take the truck to AJ's to get the dash done and I my first contact there was good. I explain the quoted work I was returning to get done he said if I was told $500

AJ is extremely professional and efficient. He changed my thermostat and despite the delivery mess ups stuck with working on my car to make sure I had it before the night was done. He knew I was walking back to the shop and made sure he was close enough to being finished I didn't have to walk back to the shop in the dark. He is kind and fair on his pricing and explained everything he was doing, and showed me the old part that he took out.

My father's car was not working properly and we decided to stop at AJ Auto Repair shop and we had the best experience possible !!! We were welcomed in the shop and the technician did a diagnostic test on the car and answer all our questions and been very respectful and well intended with his recommends of what repairs have to be done on the car and give us a fair estimate for the repairs that have to be done in the future. I have been in many mechanics shops in the past but only this one make me feel like I am home. Thank you AJ Auto Repair ! See you soon !!!

I am very fortunate to have stumbled on this shop. The business owner himself dealt with me and he is very easy to deal with. Very honest guy, man of his word. He also offers a great price since he has a low overhead.
It's not a pretty shop, there is no sign outside and no lounge to wait on. But man do they do good honest work. This place is now my regular go to repair shop. I would definitely refer friends and family to this shop.
