The traditional liposuction procedure has grown and changed over the years, and many new procedures have come up that are generally an improvement. Liposuction is normally used to remove unwanted fat, and a separate procedure is necessary to tighten up any loose skin. At Precision Medical, we offer SmartLipo, which is effective at both removing unwanted deposits of fat and tightening the skin.
Cosmetic Injection can cause a bruise, no matter how careful or experienced the injector. Until now there was never a way to see "beneath the skin" to avoid nipping a blood vessel. The face is incredibly vascular - that's the primary reason the face bruises so easily. Seeing the vessels before we inject helps to avoid them, the potential for that accidental bruise goes WAY down.

I have been doing Botox and fillers for at least 5 years and I have never had such a great experience! The staff was warm and a accommodating to start but when I met Christine with her detailed eye to balance my face with Fillers and rid my wrinkles with Botox I never looked so good! Dr. McCarthy is absolutely amazing! I am very nervous around doctors and she went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and put my nerves at ease. Dr. McCarthy really took her time to evaluate my problem areas on my face and did a fantastic job! She’s truly a miracle worker! I can’t recommend Dr. McCarthy enough! A true professional and master of her craft. I recently went to her office and it’s just gorgeous and very inviting, not to mention super clean. All of her staff is friendly and very attentive.
