Operating from Troy, Alabama, we specialize in unique and customized cake designs and sugar art for weddings and special occasions. Our services began in Georgia in 1999 as a hobby encouraged by ongoing education and which quickly turned into what we still refuse to refer to as a job.
With our completion of coursework at The International School of Confectionary and Sugar Arts, Atlanta, GA in 2003 and as an active member of ICES, the international organization dedicated to the art of cake decorating and sugar art, we proudly offer custom floral sugar art as part of our designs.Sculpturing cake as a design medium is a very rewarding challenge with possibilities only limited by imagination.

Our experience is broad and our specialties are unique. We operate as a niche boutique specialty baking and design service with a focus on quality service excellence, uniqueness, and delicious taste.
Open by appointment at the convenience of our clients. We are closed Sunday but we can certainly be available in the afternoon for scheduled appointments. Starting at Alabama Highway 231 South in Troy, AL, turn North onto South Brundidge Street. Travel.7 miles through two minor traffic intersections and we are located on the right on South Brundidge Street.
