Getting rid of the junk collected in your garage, side yard, or shed isn't hard with The Junk Medics, but that's not because we do things the easy way, we do it the right way. We make it our mission to handle waste ethically and responsibly, we don't just provide a junk removal service to haul it all away.
The Junk Medics take extra steps to find a way to dispose, recycle, donate, or otherwise remove almost any item you have. Ask us about our demolition services and have your junk disassembled and hauled off in the same day. We save you money on large loads of green waste, limbs, or other piles of yard debris and we'll take care of the cleanup after removing it all.
Our San Diego neighbors are our customers and we pride ourselves on going out of our way and out of area, but to remain most efficient we focus on the La Mesa and greater San Diego city limits areas. We can accommodate your San Diego County, Imperial County, or Orange County jobs with the proper scheduling.

Carlos and Shannon made quick work of my job. I had between 350 and 500 pounds of rick, cement blocks and chain link fence. It had been sitting behind my garage. The Junk Medics are truly a wonderful company. This was the second time we had the pleasure of having them out and the first time we got to meet the owner CJ and his lovely fiancee Shannon. He and everyone that works for him are absolutely truly wonderful people and a true delight to work with. They are efficient, professional, the booking is easy and one of the best parts is much of their stuff goes to recycling. Their prices are reasonable and their service is top notch. Communication is wonderful too in terms of appointment reminders and ETA times. I can't say enough about this wonderful

Junk Medics are THE company to call to take care of the stuff you need to get rid of. Scheduling is easy, they keep you informed the day of, take all COVID precautions, and are so nice! Carlos and Shannon were quick and efficient, and it feels so good to have stuff gone. I love supporting a small local business. I really appreciate their approach to reuse, recycle, and donate as much as they can and not just haul it all to the dump. Give them a call!

Wow, I am so glad we had the Junk Medics take care of YEARS of stuff that piled up on the side of the house. Carlos and Shelley (?) were pleasant, efficient and picked up the same day as the estimate, which was a pleasant surprise. They took all COVID precautions and kept us informed with reminders of the day of estimate AND that they were on their way. Definitely will use them again, and highly recommend them. Great local, small business.

Highly recommend CJ and his crew for removal services. I've partnered with them to help with a few times personal and business needs and his crew got the work done quickly, professionally and for a very affordable price.
Had a couple of big issues (transient encampment & old equipment pile up) that he worked on for us and even came back a couple of times to make sure the problem didn't start back up.
Very responsive and honest. Can't recommend more to anyone looking to get items removed & areas cleaned up with a no nonsense approach.

I was using my time being quarantined at home to finish some remodeling projects I've been in the middle of for a year. Wasn't sure who would be operating to haul some appliances away during the initial shutdown. I had already taken them out of my house and just needed them gone.
Not one hauling company that was open would come get them do to me living on top of a steep hill/mountain.
