One of our very first grande commercial projects was completed nearly 6 years ago. The Port Charlotte St. Maximillian Kolbe Catholic Church, was a pleasing site to see once fully complete. This job took roughly 2 months to tear off and install. That is a lot of roof to cover! A massive project to say the least, but certainly nothing the Galloway Roofing Team cannot handle!

While they provided a detailed quote and checked all my boxes for things like no subcontractors, obtain the permit and NOC, provide a warranty and register the warranty, etc., where they fail miserably is their 3 pages of legal disclaimers that in effect, put all liability on the homeowner and none on Galloway Roofing. For example, and a HUGE red flag, is the homeowner must agree to giving up their rights under Florida Statute 489.126. There are many other rights the homeowner must agree to give up putting the entire burden of ANYTHING that goes wrong, on the homeowner. If an issue needs litigation

This is truly an exceptional roofing company. I sustained a roof leak during Tropical Storm Eta. I completed at least five (5) estimates and Dave from Galloway was the only one who was honest to say my existing 13.5 year old roof still had life and the damage could be repaired at what I deemed a fair price. The other roofing competitors all wanted to sell me on installing a new roof. The installers arrived on time, were professional in all phases of their craft, and were more than happy to answer any questions that I had.
