I was going to the redland auction today. But i was welcomed very differently this year. The guys outside are freindly, nice and helpful as always, but this year i experienced horrible customer service at the time of registration. The older women in the oficce spoke in a rude manner and when i asked her what are the buyer premium rate she handed a brochure and said “read it”. Also i disliked how we now have to pay $30 for bidding registration when it was free the year before and they never advertised such fee, you find out until you get there.
