Rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend. In trying to book a vehicle for a party, I was told that they would not put "drunks" in an SUV and that the car would be safer locked in a garage with cameras on it, assuming that we're a bunch of hard partying degenerates and that renting us a vehicle would be equivalent to vandalism. Who talks to potential clients like that? I think there's something wrong with the owner...

This company was great to deal with at first. The pick-up and drop off went as planned and the driver was great. Their pricing is astronomical. Make sure you get a quote from this company first. They charged us by the hour and not a flat pick up and drop off fee for an airport transfer. They then proceeded to charge us for the time to and from their garage. If I was aware their garage was an hour away I would not have hired this service. I cannot believe they were recommended to us.

Icehouse Limousine was very professional. They showed up before they were required to and provided a comfortable and fun ride for my guests as well as myself and wedding party for my destination wedding. I will admit that communication was a bit difficult at times. When trying to contact them through email, I didn't get many responses. However, when calling and speaking with the owner and the other staff, I had no issues. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. My suggestion is to contact them by phone if you would like to speak with them. Overall I had a good experience and would recommend

Beware of Ice House Limo Service. Do not use them.
I really wished I had heeded the other reviewers warnings.
The owner Paul does a bate and switch with vehicles, he Is a poor communicator , he does not respond to phone calls or emails, he has a poor memory and worst of all he has a terrible temper and screams. I actually cancelled our vehicle knowing I may loose my deposit because he was so frightening on the phone.
