The employees of Jaclyn Smith Properties are responsive and seem able to multi-task their projects pretty well. Some aspects of our home building process could have been improved upon by small adjustments in the process. The constructive criticism we supplied to our realtor could be used to improve the business moving forward.

I don't even live here and this makes me sad that property management can't properly handle the trash. This issue has been addressed at least 3+ times by one person I know. This is very sad for the tenants that live here in this condition to where they can't safely dispose there waste. Jaclyn Smith Property Management should be ashamed. I called to vent my frustration and all I received was this issue will be passed to management. Seems like profits take priority over public health and human decency.

In purchasing my new build home, I worked with Megan to pick out the finishes for my home. She presented some options and did a great job at walking me through things. It was a painless process. If I was stuck between two options she pulled up pictures of different homes with those options so I could see them. This greatly helped in choosing one. My favorite thing of all though was the responsiveness by Megan. If I sent an email, I knew I'd get response typically within 2 hours if not sooner. Also, if I had a concern she picked up the phone and called, which is a rarity now days. This service does

We rented a house in a community called riverwood in Clayton for a year with Jaclyn Smith Properties. Our home was awesome, they even installed a fence which we paid monthly for.
Blake always made sure anything that needed to be fixed was done so in a timely matter. Connor was always available and friendly. Joan came on board after we were already renting and she was so friendly and quick to return our emails. As of right now our move out hasn’t been completed but I’m 100% sure she will not nickel and dime us like other property management companies. We’ve lived in 13 rentals and Jaclyn
