I am beyond impressed with the team at Midwest Collision. I was paying out-of-pocket for paintwork, and Joe was very willing to give me estimates based on exactly how much repair work I wanted done that would fit in my budget. When I got my car back, they had done even more than agreed upon, taking off additional panels and performing blending work I was willing to forgo.
even though I expressed that I was ok with a "good enough" job, they went above and beyond to make it a "great" job. I honestly can't say enough nice things and would highly recommend them for any size paint job. I can honestly

I have used this body shop twice. They do high quality work and the gentleman at the counter who wrote the estimates was very thorough. They even repaired some unrelated scratches on adjoining panels.

Overall wasn't that bad, took my F150 to get a quarter panel repaired after someone backed into me, it looked ok. Now the reason I am giving it 2 stars. A week after I brought it home I was installing an aftermarket rear bumper on my truck.......they welded one of the bolts that hold the bumper to the frame. I called and said something. The man I spoke to was a polite older gentleman, he said the bolt was giving them problems. I totally understand that once in a while you get a few rusted bolts that just give you a hard time but It would have been nice if they could have called me and told me they

Took my wife's vehicle here after auto insurance told us they were one of their "preferred body shops"
Issues I had:
- We were originally told it would take a week, but they extended the time they needed twice. It ended up taking two and a half weeks, this wouldn't have been as big an issue but they never bothered to update us. My wife would call on the day they said it'd be ready asking for an update only to be told they needed more time, then mysteriously receive an "update text" 15 minutes later saying the delivery date had been extended to the date they discussed. It got so bad that the day

Friendly enough staff, but you can get a much better rate by going somewhere else.

My car was severely vandalized. A complete stranger overheard my conversation with the insurance company and recommended Midwest Collision, so I decided to go with them. Midwest Collision exceeded my expectations in every possibly way. My windshield was shattered almost all the way through. I was living just down the road but didn't feel safe to drive it myself, as the insurance company suggested I should, yet didn't want to pay an expensive towing bill so they actually came and got my car. My car was also keyed all the way around. There was a little bit of rust on one side and a small scrape on
