Sonia is a real estate practitioner who specializes in representing community associations. She is a Florida Bar Board Certified Expert in Condominium and Planned Development Law - an accomplishment achieved by less than 0.2% of Florida's attorneys. In her practice, Sonia provides advice and counsel on a variety of issues to board members and their professional managers.
Jennifer's practice focuses primarily on community association law, contracts, real property law and general corporate counsel.
Having practiced in the area of community association law since graduating law school, Jennifer is well-versed in all matters of association governance, and is relied upon to provide detailed analysis of community's existing governing documents, as well as drafting amendments to same that are specifically tailored to meet her clients' diverse needs.

She began her career in environmental litigation and administrative practice with the Department of Environmental Protection. She then expanded her practice to include land use, vacation rental, and code enforcement issues.
Jennifer is a real estate practitioner who specializes in condominium and planned development law. Jennifer began her career as an Assistant State Attorney for Orange and Osceola Counties. As a seasoned litigator, she has extensive trial experience and is licensed to practice in both federal and bankruptcy courts for the Middle District of Florida.

We have been very pleased with Carlos and Frank.
