I have been coming to this Salon for years, and cannot rate it enough. Jen is a superstar on lashes - And I am continuously complimented on how they look! I usually get my shellac done at the same time which is always finished so beautifully and lasts me around 3-4 weeks which is the same time for my eyelash maintenance. Ladies- I highly recommend this fantastic salon!

Very unhappy with lash lift. I asked for details at the salon, they couldn’t really tell me. I decided to go ahead based on the description & photos on their website. Unfortunately the end result is nothing like what their website offers. Basically they just folded my lashes back on themselves from the root, which left the tips jabbing painfully into the eyelid every time I open my eyes. My eyelids are now puffy (more than 2 weeks after) and my eyes keep watering because the lashes aren’t offering any protection to the eyeball any more. And, bearing in mind this is designed to enhance the length

Could not be happier with this salon!! Working around the corner I needed to find a new local salon as my old one put their prices up too much. I booked an appointment today and they fit me straight in for infills and a gel color. I am SOOOOO picky with my nail technicians and I am absolutely over the moon with how incredible my nails are looking. Thin and perfectly crafted acrylic with a beautiful gel colour on top. The staff were so friendly and the service is amazing value for money. Will definitely make this my regular salon!!!

I don’t really know where to begin with this nails salon
Firstly I made a booking for three people two weeks prior and they were 20 mins late keeping me and my clients waiting with no apology or recognition of this.
Secondly the customer service was like something I have never experienced, the lady was incredibly rude to such an extent where other clients were shocked and loudly reflected their surprise at the way I was spoken to as a paying customer. When paying they refused to apologise for their customer service.
Finally, with my pedicure my foot has been

Terrible; overpriced and incredibly rude - when I queried their extortionate price (£40 for polish on toes and Gel removal) I was told I was “thick” and “we touched your toes. That’s the price,” despite the price being far greater than a competitor around the corner. Not matching toe/hand colours (hence why I only had gel removal). Avoid.

I love this nail shop. All the staff are so professional, friendly and polite. They are all really tender when removing and applying shellac, which I really appreciate. I find my experience always very relaxing and calming.
My nails last at least 2/3week before any chipping.
I always get complimented on my nails. I can't imagine going anyway else.

Rude staff and an average pedi for a high price
Rude female owner who looked at me with disgust when I queried the price of £20 for a hand nail polish change. I proceeded with a pedi for £30 which was below average for the price.
When I decided to paint my own hand nails with my own nail varnish whilst having a pedi the owner came over and said ‘er is that my polish’ with which I replied ‘no’. She looked at me with disgust and said that’s weird and then said don’t get it over my chair. Disgusting service

Fantastic salon and great service!
If your time limited and want a perfect finish at a reasonable price this is the place to go. The technicians are super gentle and listen to what you want.
I've had my nails done (acrylic/gels) for the last 12 years and these guys are easily the best. You wont be dissapointed.
