Services
In an effort to provide the finest service to the finest irrigation customers, H. S. Altman is offering the Gold Club Program for the 2019 season. Gold Club Program members will receive top priority for all emergency service calls including zone valves stuck on and flooding caused by a broken irrigation main line.
After looking into an irrigation system for quite some time and comparing all the services provided, H.S. Altman was the company my wife and I decided to go with. We met Terry, the operations manager at the home show in South Bend, and were impressed with his friendliness and knowledge about lawn irrigation from the beginning.

I have used Wissco to install 2 invisible fences on 2 large yards, one about an acre, the other about 1.5 acres. I also had them install irrigation sprinklers and flower bed drips on the larger property. From start to finish, I have never had less than a GREAT experience with the company. People are ALWAYS courteous on the phone when I call, Bob Brewer is an excellent person to work with and always goes above and beyond what I would expect. They have taken great care to help my dog feel comfortable with the invisible fence, fixing sprinkler heads, teaching me how to use the app enabled sprinkler

They broke a sprinkler flooded my basement (2). Times, installed out door sprinkler box poorly Mike manager said it was unacceptable sent out again to do job right.
I asked them to aim sprinklers on grass they flooded my yard light I had to replace it, and sprinkles my white 2016 Toyota Corolla it turned all rusted colored from to back I took pictures and showed neighbors bad training of employees

The front office confirmed a price that I was told from the person who referred me to Wissco. After the service was completed, it was $62 more than the price confirmed on the phone. While talking with the front desk, after the service was provided, the employee denied confirming the price and hung up the phone while I was still talking. Very unprofessional and will not be using them again. On the other hand, the service man was extremely nice/kind.

Horrible business! My friends dog collar just stopped working and he called someone to go out and see what was wrong with it and they are trying to charge him 75$ for something they did in 15minutes! If the fence was installed correctly it should not have stopped working so quick! He got it about a year ago. Ever since he payed them the 2,000$ for the fence they changed there attitude completely! They scared his dog so bad he didn't even want to go outside after the first day! They had to drag him out and even then he would not leave the porch!
