In order to make an appointment, a credit card has to be stored on a file and the card will be charged a standard fee of $40 if you don't show up on the appointment. If client not satisfied with reading they can get up and leave in 15 mins, no need for them to pay, if you exceeded 15mins you need to pay regular price.
