When I picked up the items I had a problem, and they stayed late after hours and fixed something for me that they didn't have to do at all.

I would not recommend this company. Three weeks ago we had repair work done on our washer that wasn't agitating. The technician couldn't find the serial number - but he also didn't pull the machine out to look at the side or back - too much trouble perhaps. Since he couldn't identify the part needed without the model number, he wrapped some electrical tape around it to create some resistance and charged us $85. When I called today to say it wasn't working again they said if they came out again they would have to charge us again for the trip. So, no guarantee of workmanship, I guess. I realized

I purchased a new refrigerator from Richardson’s Appliance and the entire experience was great. Kayla listened to my needs showed me the options and phoned me when they got in an appliance that met my requirements. The Delivery Team of Hunter and Jeffrey were polite and professional and even loved on our dogs. Excellent service by everyone at Richardson Appliance Service. Highly recommend!

My first time as a customer. A friend recommended them to me. Fridge and freezer went out and I thought I needed to buy a new one ( my fridge is 20 years old). Thought I'd have it checked out first before deciding to get a new one. Called a few places here in Branson but was not quick to respond. My friend recommended to call Richardson Appliance Service in Harrison. Got an appointment that day and repair guy was even there earlier than expected. Ethan was great! So professional.
