We had a no water emergency and contacted numerous well companies that advertised emergency services. Chris was the only one who was willing to help us same day. Multiple other people told us that they wouldn’t come until Monday or that they were just too busy to help us. Other companies in our area were closed.
Chris and Ben came out as soon as I called, even thought we live far away (I think well over an hour). They replaced the pump in our well and informed us about what was going on.
He even changed a filter for us just because. They are super honest and kind people.

The work they do is fine. The communication overall--terrible. I have had this company come out for multiple water tests--never send the results of the test without me asking for them, show up later than window appt time without any call to let customer know. Installed a water treatment system--guy installing couldn't answer our questions so tried to call Kyle to get answers--unable to get a hold of Kyle. Send Kyle an email to ask said questions, no reply after almost a month. One of the questions was can we have an owners manual on this system you just installed for us--haven't gotten one. Moral

Called at 1030am on a Saturday and they were at the property within the hour. They diagnosed and replaced the pump promptly in about an hour. Would definitely call them again if I have an issue with any of my properties.

We knew our system was outdated. W were sure that we needed a filter system and most likely a new tank. I called LaFramboise, knowing they were local, to ask for a quote on a system. Kyle came out promptly to take a look and performed a free water test before making any recommendations. He presented us with different options based on teh results. Within a couple of weeks they were replacing the tank and installing the filter system. Brandon worked diligently to get the job completed and there was no mess left behind. I called Friday morning as we had no water. They had told me they would try to get out there today but couldn’t promise. With short notice I understood. At 1:50pm Chris and his partner showed up. We are forever grateful to them. They were fast efficient and very professional!!! Kudos to you both. We appreciate your hard work.

Told my parents it would be 8-12 weeks and they kept saying the ground was too soft, even after a huge snow storm, and then they wouldn’t call back and it was difficult getting in contact with them. About 6 months later and my dad had to fight with them to get his refund back since they never showed up to do the job. But then they ripped him off over $100 claiming they already spent it on the permit fee. You don’t get the permit from the town until you know when your goingto do the job!!! Had a problem with the pump on my radon bubbler. They were very responsive and the tech who came out determined it was the regulator that was the problem and not the pump. He could have easily told me it was the more expensive pump that needed replacing. This is why I have been using LaFramboise for 15 years now. A company I can trust to do what’s right!!

I called at 7am this morning with a complaint of no water. 2 really nice servicemen came down and replaced my pump in a hour so I could get back to work. I am extremely happy with everything from customer service to the techs and how quick they were with everything! Second time I've called. Second time I've gotten excellent service! Thank You so much! They claim they are the water experts, but they are not. A little over a year ago, my ultraviolet well system bulb needed to be changed and I had a leak in the system. I called Laframboise and told them. They asked if the leak was an emergency and if I needed them immediately. I said that it was a small leak and it could wait the few days until they were coming out for my appt. Two men showed up and inspected the system in a minute and stated that they don't fix leaks. They changed the bulb (which I already had the new one) for $90 and left. I had a plumber fix it for me. Fast forward

Complete waste of time dealing with La Framboise. I used them years ago to fix my well pump which wasn't working. Incorrectly diagnosed as a broken pump, when actually it was a short in the wiring. I replaced pump to the tune of $2000 in any case because it was nearly 16 years old. However, the real clincher was recently trying to get a water test and them not sending it to the lab in time because I forgot to call with a credit card for a $150 fee. You'd think if I had paid $2k without hesitation, that I'd get credit enough for 48 hours to cover $150, no? Note: per owner's response...the broken
