The original people of Martha's Vineyard included the Native American Wampanoags, immigrants from England and the Cape Verde islands, people of color, farmers and fishermen, blacksmiths and merchants. Alaskan Dream Ventures has been engaging in marine research work in Alaska since the early 1990's. The jobs have varied from fisheries, petroleum, habit enhancement, cable deployment, seal, land/marine survey, and 3-D sea floor mapping research. Those research projects have seen us traverse the Alaskan waters of Cape Suckling, venture north to the Beaufort Sea and all the way to the Mackenzie River Delta in the Canadian Arctic.
She is made from 22 feet of aluminum. The boat sits cab forward passenger left. Can set the line and hold steady at 20 feet with 120 feet of rope, then pull the line to catch the drift ledge to 300 fathoms. The transom is stern forward and left open with the right fish finder. The back deck is mounted heavy engine wise.
