Carefree Comfort did an excellent job installing our new furnace, new a/c unit, and installing customized new duct work. They were on time, worked very effectively and efficiently, were very polite, and answered all our questions. They went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything was installed, tested and properly working. I would highly recommend them to any customer with HVAC needs.

I started to use Carefree in autumn of 2020 since the previous company I worked with had started to suggest cost improvements during every service visit.
Now, this service call was identifying issues with my furnace - and since it was still under warranty they helped me find a deal to replace it with the newest model. (but again, they did not want to talk me into additional air filters etc like the others tried).
I liked Carefree's professionalism during the service, then when consulting what the best way would be and also the installation of the new furnace went flawlessly!

Used Carefree Comfort for the first time the week of Jan 20, 2021 on a referral from a neighbor who said they did good work for them. Our 16 year old water heater split and was leaking. I called a number of plumbers for assistance, but being a Sunday I had to leave a message. Carefree Comfort was the only company to reply. Simply exceptional service! My water heater broke Thursday afternoon flooding the entire basement. I got a call back from Carefree Comfort first thing Friday morning. After few calls and some rescheduling they were able to accommodate same day emergency water heater replacement. Quick and very professional. I thought services were very professional and quick. The technician that came out was very knowledgeable and courteous. The reason that we give 4 stars is that we had put in a service request ticket on their website on Saturday detailing the problem that our a/c unit was not cooling the house down as effectively as it used to. On Monday my husband called first thing in the morning to just see where the status of our ticket was at. What a great company to work with. The service was excellent and done in a timely manner. Explanations and options were given before the work started. The final bill was less than the estimate. ( Very unusual in today's world ). To top it off, I received a call from their billing department that I had written the check for $10 more than the bill and that they were refunding the money. The team here is great! Definitely a well deserved 5 star review. I have been using them for several years now. The heat stopped working in my business because of a motor burn out. We've been using Carefree for years - exceptionally professional - always! We have used them for furnace repair, installation and general service for over 15 years.
After our last service call, a drain got clogged which caused water to overflow a drain and cause some damage to a wall. Carefree came out immediately, blew out the drains to ensure proper flow. They inspected the minor damage and without hesitation brought in a painter to fix the damage. Stuff sometime happens - it's how you deal with it that counts. Carefree passes with flying colors!

Carefree Comfort came through in a pinch and did great work at a reasonable cost. When my hot water heater failed, Dave and Nick called me same-day and were able to remove the faulty one and replace it within a few hours. Best of the best! Really a top notch professional company. Noticed my water heater went out at midnight after coming in late. Had a new water heater installed by next afternoon. Would have given 5 stars if they could have installed a tankless water heater but not in their skill set I guess.

They were GREAT at educating and advising us as we navigated this expensive purchase to suit our needs and wants. Also handled all the rebate paperwork for us.
