Charles F. Dickerson, Inc International Auctioneers has been providing auction services throughout the Southern United States to include NM, TX, AZ, CA, and CO conducting various types of auctions and is now one of the largest and most progressive auction companies in the Southwest. We use the computerized portable office for registering bidders and sellers prior to the day of the auction.
Providing computerized generated invoices and seller statements. The auction itself was handled very professionally and we received the full proceeds from the auction sooner than any other auction we have had. I was most impressed with the Dickerson Company. I would like to recommend Charles Dickerson as a highly competent auctioneer.

Grifter...This guy may be fine for heavy equipment but if you're a widow and need an estate auction of considerable antiques, fine woods, etc. or real estate RUN from this person. The advertising for my auction was inadequate to say the least. Some of my antiques were broken and the place was a mess when they finished. Mr. Dickerson didn't even sell all the stuff which he assured me he would do. It was one of the worst decisions I ever made after my husband died.

Very poor communication. We planned on bringing equipment to the auction. For five days before and on the auction day we tried to contact Dickerson auction by phone, email, and fax that was provided on the website. They never answered the phone, it rang off the hook. Our emails were never answered and their fax number never worked. If a company advertises an event they should at least respond to potential customer's attempts at contact even while the event is going on.
