I used this pack and ship for years, but....no masks at this pack and ship. For this immunotherapy cancer patient, you put me at great risk. I was forced to wait outside for my masked husband while he paid and shipped our grandchildren's gifts.There is a mandate from the governor about wearing masks. How inconsiderate, unkind, and selfish can you get! Never again. You just lost a customer who gave you business for 20 years!

I always use Clovis Pack and Ship when I need to mail something. they have gone out of their way on several occassions. I lost my ID there once(didnt realize I left it there) and they actually brought it to me! Also my daughter was mailing her hair for charity and they made sure we got the best price. Always ready to help this place is great.

The female notary was awesome! She was very friendly compared to other places. We went to a place before this where the lady turned us down because i had a temporary but VALID license. So this place was a breath of fresh air. And they charge $14 compared to $15 everywhere else.

I came in just looking for INFORMATION about a lost package. I was not there to complain whatsoever. The gentleman in front tried to help me patiently but out of nowhere the “boss” “owner” or whatever that old man was doing there came out and started being rude to me trying to get me out of the store because he thought I was trying to complain. Really bad service from that gentleman. Should have stay in the back where no one asked for his opinion. Really rude almost screaming at me.
