The HOA Board approved this set of Restated and Amended Bylaws under the statutory authority granted under Section 22.102 of that the Texas Business Organizations Code (aka the Texas Nonprofit Corporation Law), that allows the Board of Directors of a nonprofit corporation to amend or repeal the bylaws, or adopt new bylaws for their organization.

Austin 3-1-1 provides the citizens of Austin with a simple single point of contact for every City department. This is for non-emergency issues. Since 2013, the North Austin Y, has served as a hub of health and wellness for area residents and organizations. Kids and teens stay safe while keeping active in sports and games in the gym or Teen Center.
