Our physical therapists are experts in spine health including low back and neck pain. We continue to see an increased incidence of neck and back pain due to poor posture, sitting and time spent on computers/phones. We will perform a comprehensive assessment to figure out the cause and source of your pain.

We know how empowering it can be to have a guide through the surgical process. Meeting with a physical therapist prior to surgery builds confidence, improves outcomes and facilitates a faster recovery. To make you stronger, heal faster and get you back to life quickly, call us to schedule and evaluation.
Services
At PNW our goal is to enable people to reach their highest level of ability through positive connections, continuing education and progressive rehabilitation. We believe in a higher moral and ethical standard of care with a passion for life long learning and service to community. PNW PT started in 2018 because we wanted a clinic that focused on our community, our patients and our employees.
Our physical therapists are highly trained and educated about orthopedic and sports injuries. We know the appropriate dosing for exercise, when to push, and when to allow the system to heal. Our methods include the use of IASTM, blood flow restriction, manual therapy, Kinesiotaping, active release/deep tissue mobilization, therapeutic exercise, and modalities for pain.
When you come into the clinic with an injury we will perform a thorough assessment on the injury as well as why it happened in the first place. Typically with our athletes we see injuries occur due to dysfunction in the kinetic chain. If the body is not moving well in one area, lacks stability, strength or mobility, another area of the body takes over and becomes overworked and over-stressed, causing injury.
About 8 in 10 of us will experience back or neck pain at some point in our lives, and for some it can be severe, debilitating and reoccurring. Research coming out in the past 10 years is showing the benefits of skilled physical therapy on improving spine health with injuries including bulging or herniated discs and sciatica.
Hip and knee replacement surgeries are some of the most common operations performed in the U.S., with about 1 million completed each year. In addition, there are 300,000 ACL reconstructions being performed annually. A recent quote from a medical doctor at the University of Pittsburg stated that 50% of outcome success is due to the surgeon and 50% of success is due to the patient's commitment to recovery.

I was referred to PNW Physical Therapy by my doctor for a sprained ankle. This was my first foray into physical therapy and I didn't know what to expect. I worked with Tezra and she was amazing to work with. She always took time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. The treatment planned worked extremely well. I was honestly so amazed with the progress and results that I continued to see her for other issues I was having. It was a very positive experience. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. At no point did I ever feel like I was being sold or taken advantage of

I cannot say enough about this place I went there after my knee replacement and due to my fibromyalgia issues it took me much longer than the norm to start healing. Tezera One of the therapist here went above and beyond trying to help me figure out my issues and work on them it was a lot of trial and error due to my own personal physical issues but I can’t say enough about how hard she were to help me move forward. When you walk through the door they all say hi and goodbye they are all like family there, they’re super awesome people! Kathy T.

Absolutely love this place! It's a locally owned business and Jamie, the owner, really takes pride in what he does! The new clinic has the top of the line equipment and is spotless. The trainers do an excellent job at customizing the therapy for your needs. This place really has it all and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Plus they sponsor local sports be it youth or otherwise. You won't find a business that takes more pride in the community!

Jamie gave excellent advice about my new workout regimen. I was a little unsure how my body would react to a more demanding approach and wasn’t sure where to turn for input. Jamie weighed in with patience and focus and used his expertise to not only examine my new program but also address key questions and provide actionable advice that I implemented the next day to improve my workout and ultimately improve my results. Thanks, Jamie and team!!!

Jamie and the staff at PNW are fantastic. I had never gone to a physical therapist, but after my AC Joint separation, I wanted to make sure my road to recovery was well managed. My doctor recommended PNW, and I'm glad he did. Jamie explained in detail how physical therapy is used to improve my shoulder strength and motion. The improvements I've experienced are amazing. Jamie's knowledge of physical therapy is immense and his passion for helping his patients is exceptional. I highly recommend PNW Physical Therapy.

I went to see Jamie and team after my ankle surgery, and I couldn't be happier with how quickly they had me moving around again. They really pushed me during my appointments and gave me great exercises to do on my own at home. Would recommend the team at PNW to anyone!

This place is great! I've done PT numerous times before for numerous spinal issues, but Jamie is by far the friendliest & most knowledgeable physical therapist I've been to.
First off, they have a very wide window of time every day that they are open and active, so they can fit you in regardless of your schedule. The office staff is very friendly and proactive as well.
I strongly recommend giving them a chance. I can confirm that they will work with state health insurance.
