I went here for over 12 years and...I moved and still stayed loyal to them and came back for all my skin treatments.
There’s obviously no gratitude for that... I get charged $50 no show fee recently right after I spent like $900 in one sitting simply because I missed my appointment a year ago... wow!!
Well, this is definitely not at all how to treat loyal customers, there’s lot of competition out there, keep the $50 because that’s the last you get from me after all these years...!!

Any time I come to CRMA I am very happy with treatment and care I receive. The entire staff is always kind and attentive. I saw Megan for my most recent treatment. She was very knowledgeable and I knew I was in good hands. The CRMA team does not disappoint, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking care!

I've been coming to this place for about 10 years. I had always been happy. This time though I came for a laser touch up that I was told was covered by the first session fee. I called and asked several times before I went in to double check it would be free of charge. They kept saying yes.. When I'm there I'm told that I had to pay full price. I'm very disappointed. I'll start to explore other places for further treatments.
