I wouldn’t know her quality of work because she doesn’t seem to know how to answer a phone and after three days of her having my garment and no answering after calling countless times I went to go pick up my items and was yelled at and threatened for simply asking for my things back and might I add I had to knock on the door 3 times because she was in a meeting with a customer....funny that she can set up meetings with people but not answer a simple phone call. TREAT ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS EQUALLY!!!! You’re open 4 hours a day it can’t be that hard to pickup a phone and call your customer back

Called a few times during her operating hours over the span of four days to inquire about a bucket hat my partner left at this establishment. Not once did I get an answer, a call back, or an email back. I was in the car while my partner went to go ask for the hat back and the owner was confused as to why he would knock and ask for his merchandise back. Extremely rude and unpleasant experience. Four days with no response while being open is a bit too unprofessional for me. We all have deadlines.

Best embroidery shop around. We get our company shirts embroidered here regularly. The attention to detail and quality of the goods and services provided are unsurpassed. The owner Tonya is a little powerhouse. She is an all around wonderful person with passion that shows in all of her work. I highly recommend!
