Faber Builders was founded in 1983 by brothers Frank, Anthony, and Bernie Iacovangelo. Born and raised in Rochester, NY the brothers began the company by rehabilitating and building local commercial structures. The following year, they were invited to build homes on nine remaining lots in a previously developed subdivision.

With the exception of the supply chain issues due to COVID causing significant delays…overall positive experience. Anthony was supportive throughout the process and responsive to any questions or concerns. Be sure to save money or have extra funds for upgrades.

We had a very positive experience with Faber Builders throughout the entire time. All of the people we interfaced with were wonderful to work with, easy to get along with, very knowledgeable and professional, a great team to work with. They had many plans to choose from and we were able to modify the one we chose to make it exactly what we wanted. It has been a great journey and we are so glad that we chose Faber Builders to build our forever home.

From the sales team to the preconstruction team all the way to the team that follows up on repairs we we’re very pleased. So i could not build with them at this time. So i gave a $500 deposit on a lot to build a home. So here we are now and cant build with them at this time and they are trying to not return the deposit!! Now keep in mind no ground broken or anything. Buyer beware with this builder if you put a deposit down make sure it is small so in case you decide not to build you wont lose much when dealing with them. Went on google also and lots of bad reviews
